Product Description Cytus™ Blue is a ready-to-use nuclear staining solution based on Hoechst 33342, a bis-benzimide dye that binds to the minor groove of DNA. It produces bright blue/cyan fluorescence (Ex/Em ~350/454 nm), enabling high-contrast visualization of nuclei across a wide range of mammalian cell types. The dye is membrane permeable, allowing efficient staining of both live and fixed cells.
